Don't Just Hear the Story.
Change It.
Living Echoes is a voice-driven story app with an AI Game Master. You listen or read, you say what your character does, and the world answers — and remembers.
iPhone via TestFlight, invites in waves. Android is on the roadmap. Stories are in English.

A tabletop game master, one-on-one, in your pocket.
Listen — or read
The narrator sets the scene. Hear it in a narrator voice, or switch audio off and read at your own pace — text mode is the fastest way to play.
Speak — or type
Say what your character does, in your own words. No dialogue menus, no command list. "I ask the barkeep about the missing shipment, keeping my voice low."
The world answers — and keeps the receipts
People remember what you said. Factions track your reputation. Coins leave your purse, and a wound from a bad night stays until you treat it.
A story in one evening
Self-contained adventures with a ready-made character. Pick a card, press Start, and play toward a real ending.
- 60–90 minutes
- No character creation
- Manhattan Cold, Jutrzenka, Songs No One Taught You
A campaign that keeps going
Make your own character and live in a world with no turn limit. Come back after a week and a short “Previously…” catches you up.
- Persistent character, inventory, reputation
- Quests and a chronicle in your journal
- Four worlds open now
Worlds written by authors, not templates.

Ephilia
Dragons hoard worthless gold while desperately seeking love. Heart meets absurdist humour.

Greyhold & Dhom Khar
A frontier town driven by greed and ambition. A dwarven stronghold crumbling into ruin. Ancient secrets below.

Navia
The Slavic gods never faded — they adapted. Veles runs nightclubs; Baba Jaga rides a Ducati.

Scarlet Coal
Miners dig coal that screams as it burns, and the dead walk at night. Pray the boilers never fall silent.

A narrator that can't cheat.
Our engine separates deciding what happens from telling it. Dice, damage, coins and quest progress are resolved by code; the AI only writes the prose around facts it was handed. It can't fake a roll, conjure an item that isn't in the world, or leak a secret you haven't earned.
Dice you can see
A d10 rolled by the engine, shown as a gold chip — from miss to dominance.
Failure is honest
A miss is never quietly upgraded to keep you comfortable. The scene moves on, consequences and all.
Death is real
In a world campaign, a character's death ends their story. Play like it matters.
Ask the Narrator
One tap switches to an out-of-character question — “Wait, who is Halina again?” — without breaking the scene.
Not another AI content mill.
Our worlds are crafted by rising authors (and us). Technology brings them to life, but the human soul stays intact. Read the first chapters of Navia before you ever open the app.

It's a real beta, and we mean it.
Things will break. The first response after a break can take a minute. The narrator is a work in progress. If that makes you more curious, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Sign up, watch for your wave, and we'll see you in the story. We let people in in batches — when your batch opens, you'll get an email with a TestFlight link. No spam, ever.
